The 3rd–8th grade Gifted and Talented students were able to attend the U.S. Marshals Museum in Fort Smith, Arkansas today. Students engaged in hands-on investigations, explored interactive exhibits, and learned about the history and responsibilities of the U.S. Marshals Service. They had the opportunity to participate in immersive activities that deepened their understanding of law enforcement, justice, and historical events. It was an exciting and educational experience that brought learning to life in a meaningful way.

This habit is being Proactive- Responsible, taking initiative, choosing their actions, attitude and moods and not blaming others for their actions, making good responsible choices without being asked, and when no one was looking! Dahlonegah students are participating in a school wide duck hunt! Students are excited to search the school grounds daily for these colorful little ducks! .The class with the most ducks collected on Friday will win a popcorn party! Students who find white or yellow ducks can be turned in for a treat on Friday. Students are encouraged to "be like a duck" by adopting the special duck characteristics. This has been a fun, positive and engaging way to keep students motivated and excited about school. Happy Hunting!
