Principal Appreciation Day!
Pre-k through 4th grade will visit the Tulsa Zoo on Wednesday, May 3rd and 5th-7th will visit on Wednesday, May, 10th. A sack lunch will be provided. Please dress comfortably and wear some good walking shoes!

Congratulations to the Masonic Lodge Student of Today Award recipients, Nelson Leach and Dally Davis. We are so proud of you and all you have accomplished!
Due to the sheer busyness at the end of the school year, the Spring play (James and the Giant Peach) is being moved from April 27 to June 1st. This will provide our students with ample time to prepare a great show for you. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for any inconvenience this move may have caused.

Please have your child at school, well rested for state testing. They need to be here at 7:30 am. They start testing immediately after breakfast. This is for grades 3-8. We have a short time to test before school is out so, please have them here if possible.

We will send physical forms home today (2nd copy) with students who have failed to return them. PLEASE fill out the form and return ASAP. Physicals will be April 26th @ the school.
We will have Concession tomorrow! Pop, popcorn, and candy bars!
We would like to invite the community to join us in viewing the fim titled, "Dadiwonisi/We Will Speak) tomorrow, April 11, 2023. The film was co-directed by our very own Cherokee Teacher, Mr. Schon Duncan. The film will be shown in the gym from 12:30-2:00 pm and a concession stand will be available. We Hope you can join us!
Mrs. Braden's class had fun making and flying paper airplanes today! It was a beautiful day for STEM!
We still have some country meats available. As of now, we do not plan on placing another order this school year, unless there is a higher demand. Get them while supplies last. Thanks for the support.
PSA: The Spring Dance is coming up this Thursday! Don't forget if you are bringing a guest they will need to have a permission form completed. We hope to see everyone there on the dance floor(current 5th-8th students only). Finger foods and drinks (tea and lemonade) will be served.
Please have your children rested and here for state testing.
